Colonised by germans and rescue by england and usa

Whatever, the point is that almost 45% of the english language is from French origin. So, this is an almost french thread, not an english one, speaking properly at the terms and facts.

Get over it.

Do you want we make a French-spoken-thread? We could invade it from the German-spoken-one, then from this one invade it too and struggle with germans and finally ban NiemandNie as a Hitler's Execution it should be and freedomize France, so they, the weak stubborn frenchs, were indebted with us. :gñe:

Hay partes del comportamiento de los bonobos que molan y otras que no molan tanto. Como pasa con la Biblia.

Naïve and lingerie are the only two French words I can think of that we use in English. That makes it an 11% of the previous sentence. Somehow a much lower number...

ehhhh..... Hi? :/
Sup risl, I didn't notice this thread earlier, so I'm kind of surprised -though not much- seeing this is derailing to nazism in only five pages. Man, you're all besting your previous derailing records.

I was thinking, is anyone else on the English studies (previously English philology) career? I'd like to exchange -mostly steal- notes.

If I'm not wrong, I know another, fiancé. Besides, you write it with accent when in English you don't use it.

Fountain, Avenue, Cabin, Baron, Mountain, Marriage, Parliament, Marvel, Manor, Mallard, Royal, Guardian, Douche, Elite, Espionage, Fiance, Premiere, Reconnaissance, Carrington, Debut, Maneuver, Massage, Vandalism, Village....

Belive me, the English language (oh, another French origin word in english) is made of almost 45% French, 15% Latin, and the last 40% of the old barbarian germanic Saxon.

That's all.
